A Lovely Year of Finishes
As I stumble around with learning to blog, I find it so difficult to learn to copy and post. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. So I hope I was able to post the lovely year of finishes logo on my page. At any rate, my first finish of the year will be the Grand Illusion MQ from Bonnie Hunter. I am about half done sewing it together, not quite half and hope to have it by Thursday so I can get it to the Long armer. My next finish has to be a baby quilt for my new granddaughter born this morning, Jan 4, 2015. Evelyn Shay, such a pretty name. She has long black hair and most likely will have dark eyes as her parents do. She has two older brothers, 5 and 10. A busy household! Until next time, happy sewing! Carol

January is BLue
Happy New Year! 2015 will be the year I make an effort to be a blogger. I love perusing various blogs on the internet and maybe someday, I might be an accomplished blogger. My work and business does get in the way but I'm going to try.
Today I am posting a link to a year long event It looks interesting, make a different block each week in a different color. January's color is blue! Happy sewing!
